It is our pleasure to formally announce that we have partnered with Navacord – Canada’s fourth-largest commercial insurance brokerage, a leader in risk management solutions, serving a significant client base in the personal insurance marketplace.
Joining Navacord represents an extremely important opportunity from which all clients and all employees will benefit. We will now be able to leverage the resources of a national partner with access to more products, services, investments, technology, development, and referral opportunities.
It was important to us to ensure we approached this decision thoughtfully. Navacord has demonstrated that they share our vision and want to continue to nurture the relationships we have developed with our clients, partners, associations, and the communities in which we live and do business.
Our New Name, Our New Brand
As we have worked through this process, and in conjunction with our company’s vision and strategy of becoming a dominant Insurance Brokerage throughout Northern Ontario, it was decided that we will go forward into the future as Northern Insurance Brokers Inc. We will always respect the history that shaped Algoma Insurance Brokers, and it will always be part of the culture that has been built over many successful years.
In conjunction with the name change, we have been working diligently on a new brand/logo, along with a new website, marketing collateral, and client-facing documentation. The rollout of these items will continue throughout the remainder of the year.
What you can expect going forward:
All insurance policies will remain in place with no impact. Your account manager and the team will not change. We will remain at our current office location and all contact information will not change other than our online/website address is now www.northerninsurancebrokers.ca.
This is a positive development for us and we will ensure that the benefits of this partnership enhance our client service and our ability to serve all your needs in the future.
