Refer a Friend

General

The Northern Insurance Brokers Refer a Friend Offer (the “Offer”) is available throughout the year, with no expiry date.

Eligibility

The Offer is available to all Northern Insurance Brokers’ Clients.

Participant Types

• Referrer: An existing client who refers a friend, family member, or co-worker for a quote but is not already a client.
• Referral: A prospective Client who has received a Personal or Business quote with Northern Insurance Brokers after being referred by an existing client.

Prize

1. A $20 Digital Starbucks Gift Card Referral Prize will be paid to the Referrer or a $20 Donation will be made to a Charity as chosen from a list of options.
2. For the Referrer to earn the Prize, the Referral must complete the following action:
   • Northern Insurance Brokers must successfully receive a Personal or Business Insurance quote within 60 days of receiving the referral notice.

Limitations

1. If the Referrer qualifies for the Prize, we will notify the Referrer once the offer requirement has been earned. The Referrer will then have 30 Days to claim the Prize. If the Referrer fails to claim the Prize within the time limit, the Referrer will forfeit their right to the Prize, and the claim will be invalid.
2. The Offer excludes Travel and Health insurance.
3. Please ensure the Referrer has given us the correct email or mailing address to send the Prize.
4. There is no limit to how many people a client can refer.
5. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be given, assigned or sold to another person.
6. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
7. Referrer cannot combine the Prize with any other Northern Insurance Brokers offers except as otherwise provided.
8. Northern Insurance Brokers reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions will prevail over any of the contents of any brochure or other promotional materials advertising this Offer, except where otherwise stated.
9. Northern Insurance Brokers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke this Offer for any Referrer it finds or believes to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, or integrity of the Offer.
10. This Offer may be suspended, modified or withdrawn by Northern Insurance Brokers at any time, without notice.
