Response to Provincial Shutdown and Holiday Hours

Office closed to Client visits, December 29th to February 1st

To our Clients:

This will outline our response to the recently announced Province-Wide Shutdown, which comes into effect on December 26th at 12:01 am.

As an Insurance Brokerage, we have been designated as an essential service and will continue to serve our clients, with some modifications, similar to the actions taken in the first Province-Wide Lockdown in March.

We have made the decision to close our office to clients starting December 29th, with a tentative re-opening date of February 1st. Staff will still be available during normal business hours, please use the contact methods below.

While the initial shutdown in Northern Ontario will be in place for 14 days, we have decided to remain closed for the entire month of January so that we will be prepared in the event that the shutdown is extended. This will provide a stable and safe environment for our employees, along with a proven safe approach to serving clients.

Earlier this year we proved that we can adapt to this client service model, as we were able to operate from mid-March until the end of June without seeing any clients in-person, while handling all requests over the phone or digitally.

Social distancing and paperless activities made easy!

We have the ability to accept payment, provide pink slips and provide policy documents electronically. We also execute documents through electronic signatures without a need to attend our office.
