Patty leads an exceptional group of experienced and dedicated individuals whose goal is to provide our clients with exceptional customer service. Her Personal Insurance team is comprised of Sales, Customer Service and Technical Service employees.

After earning her RIBO license in 1983, Patty began her employment at Algoma Insurance in 1985 as a junior data entry clerk. Patty is now the Vice President of the Personal Insurance Department, which she has managed for over 13 years.

Her experience at Algoma has allowed Patty to become a wealth of knowledge for the Personal Insurance Department. With concrete examples from scenarios she has encountered and a keen interest in the development of our brokers, Patty has been dedicated to growing her own insurance acumen while furthering the education of the brokerage as a whole. She has earned her CAIB and CIP designations, and has taught CIP classes and mentored students from brokerages across Sault Ste. Marie.

Patty is highly respected in the industry, and is always looking out for what is in the best interest of the client.
